For those who remember what being "an agent" was like, this section is particularly important.
As a broker the information you are expected to research and retain is enormous. In this newsletter we will attempt to update regularly in simple language—some proven, some not—some recent developments of claims, which will illustrate the pitfalls of simply "not knowing" or not remembering the latest cases and the lessons they provide.
May 2016: Welcome to our In-Form-Ed Newsletter
Welcome to our new Newsletter and Web Site
New Home, New Newsletter and Web Site
This first newsletter is a celebration of our new home at 4853 East Hastings in Burnaby, British Columbia, where we now service Western Canada. Our website has been revamped and you will find valuable information there. We will continually update the site with timely and relevant information, hence the name of our newsletter is In-Form-Ed.
The Principles of Pro-Form BC bring you over 100 combined years of Insurance Expertise
The principals of Pro-Form BC have seen many changes over nearly 100 combined years of their involvement in the insurance industry. We have used that experience to determine the best possible specialization for you in the service we provide. We have noted some brokerages in Western Canada straying into the professional liability areas, while promising any and all types of insurance coverage for their clients. We don’t believe that a professional can offer such a wide range of services in the area of professional liability, while still having the specific knowledge you need in tough times. We, on the other hand, have made this our specialization in this greatly expanding insurance sector. This newsletter will help us show you how our clients are being challenged —which, in some cases, can even lead to lawsuits—by unexpected situations that continue to materialize. Through our newsletter and our website we will to keep you "In-Form-Ed".
